Educational Consultant, Larry Byrd, Washington, D.C., formerly an ombudsman for the New Rochelle City School District, is a human relations expert.
Professional Educator, Nick Donahue, is the former Commissioner of Education for the state of New Hampshire.
Educational consultant, Pat Flynn, retired associate in the division of research and educational services of the state teachers' union (NYSUT), and one of the creators of the conference format, is the primary advisor to the board on issues of educational policy and practices.
Former Middle School Principal and Education Consultant, Blanche Jimenez, has enjoyed a distinguished career as a New York City professional educator and resides in Queens.
Retired Educator, Greg Littell, taught social studies for many years and served on the original institute board.
