The Peru Central School District strongly supports the learner centered classroom/standards focused iniative.

We are committed to providing our two participating teachers with the support, including released time, which they will need to be succcssful in creating learner centered/standards focused classrooms.

As a "High Needs" district, the professional development provided through this initiative is extremely meaningful. It is also our intent to integrate this professional development approach into our district's Professional Development Plan and long-range strategic plan.
