This letter is to confirm that the Center for Rural Education at SUNY College at Potsdam agrees to direct and coordinate the project assessment of the Targeted Staff Development/Professional Growth Plan (PGP) Schools project as outlined in the attached plan. It is our understanding that the assessment of the special education component of the project will be developed by selected experts in that field submitting a separate assessment plan, with coordination supplied by the Center for Rural Education.

We look forward to working closely with this project, and our involvement in the exciting learning activities produced.
