Create a secure chat room for communication of all participants.
Provide training for effective teaming.
Don't leave Boards of Education out.
Keep participants focused on quality student products.
More support from principals.
Define the role of project evaluation.
Make reform more systemic.
Where will the project go?
Create a vision or description of what this project will look like in the future.
Coordinate more extensively with Title III Tech Prep.
More inservice needed on graphic organizers rubrics and cooperative
learning.
Build more of a sense of "team" among participants.
The principal and superintendent could spend more time in our classrooms.
