model now exists through which pre service teachers from SUNY Potsdam and other universities can provide opportunities for pre service experiences at Massena and other schools across the state. "Partner" Teacher Pilot Teacher Feedback Forms indicated high levels of success with the model. Future school administrators in the Ed. Administration program at ST. Lawrence University studied scenarios in which pre service teachers could be utilized in local schools for the mutual benefit of all. These scenarios have been passed to the local superintendents and associated colleges for their input.
