FAMILY DEMOGRAPHICS

Guardian information indicates that all the students live with their mother and of these five students also lived in the same home with their father. Four other students had stepfathers living in the same residents. Two students had no male in the home.

Sibling information was varied. One student is the only child. One student had one sibling. Five students had two siblings. Two students had three siblings. Two students had four siblings. Of the eleven children, three came from families that had one other sibling who was identified.

Parent income indicates that five of the students received the free lunch program. Three students qualified for the reduced lunch program. Three students did not qualify for either.

Parent education information indicates that one student's mother was a college graduate and working a high school math teacher. Careers held by other parents were: secretary, maintenance, mechanic, clerk in a store, enlisted military, school monitor and Niagara Power Authority. Two families are unemployed.
